Get creative with your morning breakfast toast 😋     // hummus avo toast w/ radish & cilantro // ricotta & jam toast topped w/ berries // halloumi, sausage, & mint toast // zaatar & labneh toast w/ olives & sumac // cheese spread, honey, apples, & walnuts toast // caramelized bananas, pb, & cinnamon toast . . . . . . . . . Not at the movies? It's okay, you can still have POPCORN

Plain popcorn is at the top of the best snacks that you can eat to increase your fiber intake. Air-popped popcorn is very low in calories and fat and high in fiber and beneficial antioxidants.  For the healthiest popcorn, compare brands and varieties when shopping, and choose those with the lowest calories and least fat and salt.  Other than being a high-fiber food, popcorn contains antioxidants, substances that protect body cells from damage that can lead to disease.  Flavor your plain popcorn with reduced-fat grated cheese or onion or garlic powder, so that the calories won't increase as much as it would with oil or butter.  GO HAVE SOME POPCORN NOW!
