In College, Snacking is a HUGE part of the day.

In college, Snacking is a huge part of the day. Having a healthy nutritious snack in the middle of the your day makes you feel good and your body feel good. For example, after class I would like to eat my peach yogurt with almond nuts, oats and a banana. Yum. And you know what, you can be creative and make it into a smoothie. Instead of regular milk, put almond milk.
