NUTRIENT NEED #1: CALCIUM

-Areas that our bodies use calcium are: our nervous system, muscles, heart, and bones.
-It is important to our overall health as almost every cell in our bodies use calcium in a different way!
-Our meals and diets change as we age, consuming less calcium each time.
-Our bones are the ones who contain more calcium, if it is consumed less, the body takes it from the bones for cells to function, which can lead to weakening your bones.
