Avocado Toast Breakfast Recipe
Start your day off right with a nutritious filled breakfast! Avocados are a great source of vitamin C, E, K, and B6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. eggs are a good source of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12, and minerals such as zinc, iron, and copper.
This avocado toast with egg is an easy recipe. Start with some ripe avocados, mash your avocados in a bowl and add a bit of lemon juice, salt and pepper, spices, and fresh hers like cilantro for more flavor. You then want to grab a nice thick slice of toast and spread the avocado on top. Then comes the eggs, above we have scrambled eggs, but the style of egg is up to your choosing. When done cooking the egg, lay it on top of the avocado and viola your breakfast is ready to enjoy!
